THE DIAMOND HOUSE EXUMA BAHAMAS

The Sandt BV proudly presents The Diamond House. The Diamond House is a detached villa with the shape of a diamond. The architect John Bosch, known for the new Chanel headquarters, wanted to give it an explicit identity similar to a small version of a John Lautner James Bond house.
The unique design of the house has gone viral on the internet, appearing not only on social media, but also in various trade journals and real estate magazines. The first Diamond House is being built on Great Exuma, one of the fastest growing islands in the Bahamas. The plot that has been selected for this has an area of 1100 m2 (11836 sqft) and is located directly on the beach, giving the owners a beautiful sweeping view of the ocean.

The Diamond House concepts are possible in any place in the world. All enquiries are open. Price data are available upon request.

The villa has a total area of 357 m2. (3842,7 sqft) The house is detached and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 large terraces, a parking garage with space for 2 cars and a swimming pool. The house is also calculated in such a way that it is resistant to all weather conditions that are conceivable. Its angled walls give the house a shape resembling a diamond. The walls of the house, all made of smooth special composite, continue into the outside space giving the house his unique shape.

The garage and guestrooms are situated on the ground floor. A hall splits the ground floor into two spaces and connects both gardens. The main living and the master bedroom are located on the first floor, from where there is an unlimited view over the ocean. Most important is the large terrace together with the pool, probably the place one will spend most of their time enjoying a sunset with a daiquiri at hand.
